We realized that it was a pain in the a@@ to keep going back and asking the same people to remember what we did. So we built a service that acts as our own centralized referral management repository – automating the testimonial collection process, managing the sharing of references, and verifying the integrity of a referral.

For years performance testimonials consisted mostly of reminding former employers of your significant accomplishments achieved while working with them. Many times and typical of the new employment economy, former co-workers and managers have either switched jobs or worse yet, the company itself does not exist.
